A graduate of UMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School, Dr. Kapulskey graduated with his Doctor of Medicine Degree in May 1986. He is a licensed physician in the State of New Jersey and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatrics. He continues to serve as the Chief of the Section of Geriatrics at Virtua Memorial Hospital of Burlington County in Mount Holly.

Dr. Kapulskey operated Tabernacle Family Medicine, P.A. since February of 2000 and has practiced family medicine since 1989. Previous medical experience includes positions at Lourdes Medical Associates and Allegheny University Health System. Additionally, Dr. Kapulskey was in private practice at Family Practice Associates of Burlington County, PC from June 1989 to May 1997. He also held various positions at Memorial Hospital of Burlington County located in Mount Holly.
