Description
The Lumberton campus features 110 clustered one, two, and three-bedroom townhomes. Considered an extension of the Lewis W. Barton Arboretum and Nature Preserve that originated at the nearby Medford Campus, two distinct areas comprise this extraordinarily diverse 88-acre site. Approximately half the acreage is devoted to the homes, which are attractively arranged on an open plateau. With its wildflower meadows, naturalized basins, perimeter woodlands, and its system of paved pathways, residents enjoy an interesting array of unobstructed views from their decks and/or sunrooms and on foot.
The plateau then drops off dramatically (about 50 feet) to reveal the Rancocas Creek as it winds its way through the site’s impressive woodlands and wetlands. The natural beauty of this remaining 40-acre setting has been preserved so that it can be enjoyed by foot on its extensive trail system, or by canoe.

The 110 clustered homes at Lumberton Leas feature one, two, and three-bedroom designs, all with two bathrooms, breakfast rooms, full basements, decks, Anderson windows, major appliances, a security system, and attached garages. The two and three bedroom units also have lofts and cathedral ceilings. Selected units may also feature walkout basements, finished basements, powder rooms, third bathrooms, year-round sunrooms, gas fireplaces, hardwood floors, electronic air cleaners and/or whirlpool tubs.
