Facilities for meeting your fitness goals include fitness centers, swimming pools, tennis courts, a game room which has WII, a pool table, and table tennis, and the “brain gym” with computers and software for cognitive fitness.

From water aerobics to flexibility training to a walk, stroll, or hike on one of the trails in the Nature Preserve, there are many options for staying in shape, including “meltaways” our weight-loss support group.

Well-trained staff in two well-equipped fitness centers assist residents in developing personal exercise programs . In addition, various classes are offered on the two campuses.
