+ A new 7,000-square foot addition to the Commnity Center is currently under construction at Medford Leas. These new spaces will be created in the rear section
of the building near the auditorium on both the upper and lower levels.

The addition will include:
+ A gathering area outside of the auditorium
+ Several multi-purpose entertaining and meeting rooms
+ A Game Room (lower level)
+ An outdoor patio with barbeque facilities

To enhance our Fitness and Wellness Programs, the addition will also feature an Exercise Studio to provide facilities for personal training and to accomodate such activities as: core strengthening, Swiss ball classes, and floor exercise.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2007

The Medford Leas community gathered on July 20, 2006, for a ground breaking ceremony to kick off the construction of a 7,000-square foot addition to the building.
