Medford Leas (CCRC) offers residential choices (clustered townhomes, patio homes and garden-style apartments ) in a beautiful arboretum setting. As an accredited continuing care retirement community (CCRC) for active adults over 55, residents are offered a choice of contract options and flexible healthcare plans that can provide for a lifetime of care.

Medford Leas offers a community where residents enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle, flexible dining plans and an array of amenities and programs on two campuses. Residents have access to superior health and wellness services, recreational facilities, as well as cultural events, many of which are provided by the Medford Leas Residents Association.

  • Assisted living — Residents move to our private studio accommodations and receive some daily personal assistance from our licensed caregivers.
  • Skilled nursing/subacute rehabilitation services — Residents retain their homes while receiving short-term rehabilitative care at our skilled nursing facility.
  • Long-term care (nursing home) facilities — Residents receive total support for their physical and/or cognitive needs and reside in our skilled nursing facility.
